Irial is the Chair of Smurfit Westrock. He is the former Chair of Smurfit Kappa Group and previously Executive Vice President of The Coca-Cola Company and President of the Bottling Investments Group. Irial is currently a Board member of Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc.

Anthony is President, Group Chief Executive Officer and Director of Smurfit Westrock. He is a former Director and Chief Executive Officer of Smurfit Kappa Group and previously Group Chief Operations Officer, prior to which he was Deputy Chief Executive of Smurfit Europe. Tony is a member of the European Round Table of Industrialists.

Ken is Executive Vice President, Group Chief Financial Officer and Director of Smurfit Westrock, He is a former Director and Chief Financial Officer of Smurfit Kappa Group  and previously SKG Financial Controller, prior to which he was the SKG Head of Tax. Ken is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants and holds a first class MBA from the UCD Graduate School of Business.

Kaisa is a non-executive director of Smurfit Westrock. She is a former Non-Executive Director of Smurfit Kappa Group and previously Executive Vice President, Renewable Products at Neste Corporation and a member of the Neste Executive Board. Kaisa is currently a non-employee Director at Exxon Mobil Corporation and non-executive Director of Rio Tinto.

Colleen is a non-executive director of Smurfit Westrock. She is a former Non-Executive Director of WestRock and previously Senior Vice President, Sales and Distribution for International Business Machines Corporation (“IBM”).

Timothy is a non-executive director of Smurfit Westrock. He is a former Non-Executive Director of WestRock and previously a Director of Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation until it was acquired by RockTenn in 2011.

Jørgen is a non-executive director of Smurfit Westrock. He is a former Non-Executive Director of Smurfit Kappa Group and previously Chief Executive Officer of Carlsberg A/S. Jørgen is currently Chair of Uhrenholt AS and Chair of the Advisory Board member of Blazar Capital.

Terrell is a non-executive director of Smurfit Westrock. He is a former Non-Executive Director of WestRock and previously a Director of Smurfit Stone Container Corporation until it was acquired by RockTenn in 2011. Terrell currently serves as a Director of Archer Daniels Midland Company.

Carol is a non-executive director of Smurfit Westrock. She is a former Non-Executive Director of Smurfit Kappa Group and previously Chief Financial Officer and an executive Director of Burberry Group plc. Carol currently serves as a non-executive Director of Segro plc.

Mary Lynn is a non-executive director of Smurfit Westrock. She is a former Non-Executive Director of Smurfit Kappa Group and previously Chief Executive Officer of Family Care (Paper Products) and P&G Ventures Group at Procter & Gamble. Mary Lynn is a non-executive Director of Molson Coors Beverage Company and a Board member of FJ Management Inc.

Susan is a non-executive director of Smurfit Westrock. She is a former Non-Executive Director of WestRock and previously President of Global Oral Care at Colgate-Palmolive Company. Suzan currently serves as a Director of Archer Daniels Midland Company and Ashland Inc.

Lourdes is a non-executive director of Smurfit Westrock. She is a former Non-Executive Director of Smurfit Kappa Group. Previously Vice Minister for Electricity and Vice Minister for Hydrocarbons. Lourdes is a Board member of Banco Santander Mexico S.A and an Independent Director of CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. She is an Independent Board member of Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet.

Dmitri is a non-executive director of Smurfit Westrock. He is a former Non-Executive Director of WestRock Company and previously Senior Vice President and Special Advisor to the Chairman of General Electric Company (“GE”). Dmitri currently serves as a Director of Deere & Co., Ryder System, Inc. and Target Corp.

Alan is a non-executive director of Smurfit Westrock. He is a former Chair of WestRock Company and previously Director of MeadWestvaco until the effective date of the MWV Combination. Alan currently serves as a Director of T. Rowe Price Group.
